Ezoic reading as not on, but dashboard behaving as though it is.

I have completed the set up process and the dashboard is now active, but recording very little traffic. I have more than 10 ad slots placed but no ads are showing. I received an email from the onboarding team that all activation steps have been taken, but Ezoic ads have not been turned on. Yet, the activation screen is gone and the dashboard is active... what do I do?

Thanks for reaching out. As of right now, the domain is currently turned off for traffic. You can change this by going into your Ezoic dashboard, entering Ezoic Ads, then going down to Split Testing. From here, simply set the traffic percents to 100% and 100% of your traffic will start seeing the Ezoic version of your site.

Thanks for your reply. I just went to that section of my Ezoic account for PopKult.org. It is showing those channels as on. The site itself is still not showing ads.

JwilsonSRAS Ah that is strange I went to your Ezoic dashboard this morning and they were switched off. I have switched them on for you and can see that the ads are now pulling through.
