SimonH Great question! Community is separate from the work that you are doing with the Publisher Success team. There is no notification process that is set up. For Publishers that have their own dedicated Publisher Success Manager we recommend reaching out directly to them through the ticket system or if you are in need of technical support either reach out to us on live chat or create a ticket requesting technical support rather than coming through to Community.
We are of course always happy to answer your questions as best we can on Community there is limitations on the advice that we can give you and the support that we can give you through here due to us not knowing the background of your account and the Public nature of Community. This is where the Publisher Success team can offer additional value and support to you and your business.
