That message is 'frozen' in place?
Have you tried clearing your browsers cache/cookies/history, and then re-accessed the Dashboard?
The warning you are receiving is telling you that the credentials you are using are incorrect - so we need to make sure you are following the instructions exactly: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/wordpress-hosting-app
The domain you are referencing in the screenshot is showing already hosted with Ezoic. That is most likely why the error is showing.
You need to click on the domain name at the top left of the dashboard, and a menu will open on the right hand side allowing you to chose the site you are working on. Again, the screenshot you provided is for a site that is currently already being hosted by Ezoic, which is why that error would show.
