Here are some frequently asked questions about Leap:
I am not using WordPress, can I still use Leap?
Yes, Leap works on every kind of website (WordPress, Joomla, Custom PHP, etc.)
I haven't integrated yet, how can I use Leap?
Sites must be integrated before it will work and display faster scores. We do recommend name server or Cloudflare integration.
My site's layout seems different after I activated Leap. How can I resolve this?
If you experience functionality loss or display/layout errors, please try turning OFF script delay to see if that helps the immediate issue. If it does, you'll want to exclude the relevant scripts from being delayed - more info here.
Why can't I see a score for my core vitals in Leap?
There are 2 main reasons for this, the first is that there is not enough data to provide a full field data score for your site so we have to revert to lab data - You can find more information about Lab vs Field data here.
The Second reason for no field score is because the Canonical URL we have in our system for your site is incorrect. The canonical URL is the URL our system uses to pull the data from Google's CRUX. If you see field data in page speed insights but not in Leap then the Canonical URL we have is incorrect and there will not be any data to show a score. If this is the case you will need to open a support ticket and a member of our team will be happy to correct this for you.
