Your 1099 form should be sent out by 5pm PST today. You'll find it in the email inbox of the email you have signed up with on Ezoic.
I also haven't gotten my 1099 yet.

Kalinx3 It looks like you have Paypal as your form of payment chosen, so in this case, you will need to reach out to Paypal for the 1099.
