The Ezoic WordPress plugin can now inject meta tags for use by the Ezoic platform, or other integrations your site may have. Meta tags are special markup within the body of a page on your site that includes various bits of meta-data regarding the specific page being viewed. This could include author, title, preview image, description, or any of a number of other attributes. Additionally, the meta tag can contain arbitrary data that is used programmatically by various integrations, for example, blocking ads on specific pages with specific meta tags.
To create a new meta tag, log into your site and open the plugin settings for the Ezoic WordPress plugin. Navigate to the “Ad Settings” tab, then click on the “Gear” icon on the top-right side of the page. Upon scrolling down, you will find the list of existing custom meta tags along with the ability to create new tags:
