In LEAP, go to Advanced Settings of Script Execution there you will see “Script Delay”.
It has 2 important things:
-Exclusion Rules : here you include the scripts to exclude
-Find Delayed Scripts: here you enter the page url of your site to find all the scripts. These scripts have radio buttons “YES” - “NO”. You select no for the scripts to exclude, infact they will be automatically added to “Exclusion Rules” once you select “NO” for a script.
You will also need to test by excluding a single script one by one and checking your website design to be correct for this action.
How I did for my website:
In my website I have a page see it link it has around 32 scripts. So by enabling “Script Delay” all the 32 scripts were delayed. This created problem so what i did was I starting excluding the scripts one by one and checking on each time if this effect corrects the problem. Ultimately I found I needed 5 scripts out of 32 to exclude. So in this way I corrected the problem.
Normally it will take 1 hour time to figure out the scripts which you should exclude from “Script Delay” and everything will work perfectly for your site.
