The Community is covered by our team on the following times:
Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm GMT and 10am - 4pm PST
Where there is bank holidays or rest days for our team that mean Community wont be covered during these time periods we'll let you know in the thread below.
Our current response time for a message on Community is an average of 4 hours. Please note that your individual experience may vary. If you are a level 1 Publisher or higher you have access to our live chat and technical support team as well as a dedicated Publisher Success management team directly through your Ezoic dashboard here https://pubdash.ezoic.com/levels you'll see in the left hand menu a tab that says 'Connect with' and the Publisher Success Managers name. If you click on this you can then 'Submit a ticket' if you have an urgent technical problem please select 'I need quick technical support'
If you are a level 1 Publisher or higher and have concerns about Leap, Site speed or Core web vitals, please work through this document in the first instance https://community.ezoic.com/d/3808-access-now-success-how-do-i-get-my-core-web-vitals-to-green and then wait a week to see what impact the changes you have made have had.
