About The Payment Form For Wise

So I am receiving payment for the first time this month. I am taking it in bank transfer via wise. However, I am not understanding which routing number should I use.
Should I put the ACH routing number on the form or the wire routing number?
I am providing screenshots( the first screenshot contains the form and the second contains my bank details in wise).
I would be grateful if anyone helps me out.

For the two sets of numbers is the wire routing number in the screengrab you have kindly provided from wise in the format of a swift or BIC code? many thanks

Heather I didn’t understand. I have provided wire routing number instead of swift or BIC. Should I provide a BIC?

In the account # sections, you will place your account number. In the routing number section, you will insert your ACH routing number.
