As for the native ads, I've rerun the domain's native placeholder configuration. As of right now, it is possible that the site's ad demand for that placeholder is too low, which can result in it not filling. The fill rate of native ads is quite low, especially if it is deemed as low priority due to other placeholders' performance on the page.
