Recently, I have not been able to update nor upload content onto my website because I have received the following error message "Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response."
I went down the rabbit hole of trying to fix it and have run into some DNS confusion. I have contacted BlueHost on three occasions and even clarified with them that Ezoic is the reverse proxy I am using based on the recommendations of this page "https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/why-do-my-online-dns-records-not-match-those-in-my-ezoic-dns-settings".
That being said, they state that the problem lies with Ezoic rather than BH. Can you all please look into this so I can continue to work on my website? I have attached screenshots.
