My premium contract has expired recently. I disabled auto renew before. However It still renew the contract without any notification via email or Ezpic account.
I do not interested in premium service. I created a ticket but there is no response until now, 4 days from the time I created ticket.
If I cancel the Ezoic service now after the contract is ended and they renewed without my agreement, I will be charged a lot of money.
Anyone experienced this issue? I am not happy with how this works
