EMPVs falling by the day

Hi, why are earnings steadily falling even though pageviews are almost the same or higher? Also, if premium earnings become lower than the premium subscription fee, will it automatically pause or should I still keep paying it?

Btw, I still don't have the feature to send support emails even though I am level one.

Can you setup my account for maximized earnings if I missed something. Switched on humix couple days ago, any other placeholder stuff I am missing?

Premium will automatically drop tiers if it is earning less than its cost.

When creating a ticket, what kind of message/error are you seeing? Tickets are opened in the my tickets section of support.ezoic.com.

It does seem that your EPMV is currently decreasing, which would best be handled by our Publisher Success team, as they specialize in this area. If we can get you a ticket with them, they'll likely be the best fit for analyzing your site's revenue.

Accounts are automatically upgraded to level 1 during the middle of the month. It looks like your level was not completely transitioned yet. You should now have the ability to make a ticket with the publisher success team. I suggest also taking a look at your levels scores, as you can increase revenue by making sure all modules are complete and your site is optimized according to the modules.

JeanPierre Hi, Jean Pierre! I have a question about your comment. Does creating tickets is only for those who are level 1, level 2...etc? Because 25 days ago my (then) administrator sent me an email that it was time to transition my account to a success manager Raquel and that I should create tickets for her if I need technical help. I checked that I have ticket creating option available for me and it works. And I also have been hitting both Level 1 targets for 2.5 consecutive months. However, on dashboard, it still shows I'm Level Access Now. I'm confused - should I be Level 1 and there is another technical issue like for the account above or I'm just not there yet? And my administrator wrote me in Spanish (I don't know why) so I'm not sure I understood him really... he also wrote that I can seek technical help by writing to spanishpublishersuccess@ezoic.com directly. I don't know why. I'm not Spanish, my website is not in Spanish, not registered as Spanish.

JeanPierre The confusing thing is that he didn't say that I am Level 1 (which is true - I'm still access now 25 days later). Just that my account is transitioning and that I shouldn't write him emails anymore, but instead create tickets (which I can). But here you say that creating tickets is for leveled publishers...Which is it then?

exploredbymarta Hello Heather here I hope you are well. I can certainly understanding how confusing this all must be. I have checked your account and can see that at some point in your journey with Ezoic your account has been credited to our Spanish speaking team and this is why you are receiving emails from us in Spanish. I have removed this label from your account and also asked for your account to be moved up to level 1. Once the level 1 is visible in your Ezoic dashboard you should then be able to create tickets and access live chat when the team are available. Still no reply from them. Is it because of the weekend or did my ticket even go through? I didn't get an email or anything and I can't check tickets from the support center as it keeps redirecting me to the dashboard.

M_Kali Hello Heather here, the Publisher Success team work from Monday to Friday. I have checked the tickets and can see your ticket in there queue. As soon as they can they'll be back in touch with you. If you are finding that you are not able to see your tickets it may be that your device is cookied into the set up that you had access to at the Access Now level. You may find that by clearing your devices cache and cookies will resolve this for you. Also if you have an ad blocker on this may be impacting the system from working correctly.

Oh and btw, do we need the MX record ezmail..... Is it okay if I deleted it? I am trying to set up email routing with cloudfare and this mx record needs to be removed it seems.

M_Kali For your site to show ads you don't need to run the MX records for emails through Ezoic's server. Some sites find that the way their records work is that this record does need to be added into the DNS records for the emails to function correctly. Do you have a copy of the instructions that you have been given with regards to removing this record?
