Consent Management Dialog Not Showing

I have enabled Consent Management, but no Consent Management Dialog is showing on my site. Am I missing anything in the settings?

I can confirm that your consent management is indeed showing. Please note that this will only show when the site is accessed from an EU country.

Why only EU countries? I can see it on other sites viewing from India. It doesn't create any problem or impact on my earnings right?

You are correct, there is no impact on earnings. I can confirm that your consent management is indeed up and working as it should. My recommendation is to clear your browser cache and cookies to see if that helps.

Help. I'm confused about this consent management, cookies banner and privacy policy stuff.

After activating the Ezoic Consent Management, Adsense keeps saying I should implement a privacy policy by turning on a feature in the Adsense ads dashboard.

So I did that too. But neither of these is showing for me to see. Then I got an Ezoic notification that the absence of content management is negatively impacting my revenue while to my knowledge I have already switched that on.

Cofused, I installed a Cookie Notice plugin which now displays a cookie notice banner at the bottom of my site. That's three confusing implementations! I came back to my levels dashboard to see that my score for consent management is 42/100. My revenue is still suffering.

Here is my question. What am I doing wrong? How should I clear the mess and get it right once and for all?

rnyadzip Thank you for getting back to us. You need to disable the AdSense Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice Plugin, please.

If you have other plugins that cause conflicts with our Consent Management tool or are related to caching please disable them.

Finally, can you confirm if you see the Ezoic Consent Management tab when you load the page in an incognito window?

Thank you for the prompt response. So I will disable both the Adsense Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice plugin right away.

The only other plugin in there possibly related to caching is the Ezoic WordPress Plugin. Which I shouldn't deactivate, right?

Finally, no. Before now even in incognito mode, I don't see the Ezoic Cookie consent banner on my site. But it shows up when I click on the REVIEW CONSENT MANAGEMENT TAB in privacy settings on the Ezoic Dashboard. I'm in Ghana, by the way.

But I will check again and get back to you. I've checked again. The Ezoic Cookie Consent Banner is still not showing, please.

Please, is it necessary for me to enable the CCPA content button?

Thank you for your reply. No please do not disable the Ezoic WordPress plugin.

This will only show when the site is accessed from an EU country, therefore this is why you are not seeing the popup if you are located in Ghana.

In order to be compliant for site visitors from the USA it is advised to also enable the CCPA.

I believe everything is set up correctly on your side as I can see the pop up as I am located in the EU.
