Password for Ezoic Wp Hosting

Hello, I migrated my site to the Ezoic web hosting. But I found out I can still access my old dashboard.

So I logged out of both ezoic wp-admin and the old WP dashboard to see if it's due to cache or something.

Just to log back in I observed I can't log into the Ezoic WP-admin dashboard with the temporary password.

Please help.

Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. The temporary login credentials are one-time-use only and should be changed once you've successfully logged in. But, you should be able to change your login information from PHPMyAdmin which you can log in to from your Ezoic hosting dashboard. Once you're logged in, here are the steps to re set your password:

Scroll down until you find the "wp_users" line; click on the text "wp_users", which will populate entries on the right side of the screen. These are the users and associated information on them in the database.
To the left of the line containing the username we want to change, click on the "Edit" option.
Look for a line with the name "user_pass" and what looks like a bunch of gibberish in the text box for it.
Make note of what is in the box (save to a notepad or somewhere else in case you need to revert), then type in what you want the new password to be, overwriting what was previously there.
In the "Function" dropdown beside the text box, on the same line, select "MD5".
Scroll to the bottom and look for a series of buttons that say "Preview SQL", "Reset", and "Go"; click "Go".
This will take the cleartext password you supplied, convert it to an MD5 hash, and store it for this user. You can now use the password you put in here to log into Wordpress with that username.

Thanks for your response. After login-in to the PHPMyAdmin. I was able to access the "wp_users".
However, checking the password I saw it is random as you said. But my concern now is, is there a specific URL format to access the Wp dashboard?

For example, Ezoic/MyWebsite/Wp-admin. Because I can access my old Wp dashboard with the same old password, which I configured for it.

To me, it looks like I have 2 Wp-admin dashboards. One from ezoic and the other from my old server host, which is Cpanel.

9jaswitch Thank you for your patience while we looked into this for you. We have heard back from the hosting team and they have said there is no specific url that we add to your website that could be causing this to happen. The steps that you could take to work through why this is happening is to check to see if you have any incompatible plugins on your site https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/what-known-caching-plugins-work-or-dont-work-with-ezoic

Try checking that the wp-config is using the correct database. The username not being found error after the change in phpmyadmin would be caused by the incorrect database being used, you can get your database credentials from the wphosting dashboard.
