Why the Ad Rates been Low Since ,july 1 and on what basis this thing works i searched everywhere on google but i cant find a ad revenue index for adsense or any other adnetworks , this is just for ezoic itself and Why i cant find Russia Country on the list - and my Earnings been dropped as the ad rates been Dip since jully 1st , i hope this will be fixed soon !

superpsk July 1st was the start of a new quarter which is most likely why you are seeing a drop in your earnings around this time. This is very normal and you will recover! As far as the Ad Revenue Index goes, this is Ad rates across the entire US market.
You are not able to find Russia because we have not been showing ads there

but why ezoic is not showing ads to Russia ? Since Google Adsense Said they will stop the monetization on those that encourage exploits of war in their contents.... can i know where it mentioned for ezoic ?
