For the Premium payments we aren't able to extend them, what you can do though is when the issue with the bank is resolved you can then go to this URL in your Premium dashboard: https://premium.ezoic.com/premium/account then click on the three dots highlighted in the below image and then click on the button which pops up that says 'Make Payment' and then follow the payment process from there.
Once you have made the payment the Premium adverts will start to show on your site within 24 hours and the reporting will up day the next day after this at midday PST. many thanks
