Im facing an issue for which i cannot create a support ticket since im in the onboarding process.
I did not receive any link to a twist channel in my mail. Can somebody help me out?
myasiraslam It looks like you are outside of the twist timeline. You now have access to the community platform and tickets. You can create a support ticket by following the steps in this link - https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/guidelines-for-contacting-support
Twists are much better than this creating tickets, now it takes forever to get my issues resolved
I found that I am able to get more direct and timely support using the ticket system. It's usually not instantaneous, but it has been a good experience.
