WordPress Error

Hello Team,

I will need technical assistance with my WordPress. I tried deleting a plugin but I got an error.

I logged on to the phpAdmin moving around the tab.

Then I noticed I am unable to log in to the WordPress dashboard. I got the error "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page."

I think I messed something up.

I would much appreciate your assistance.

Just to confirm, are you not able even able to get to the WordPress login page? Or is it only after you try to login from that page that you get the error?

However, the plugin won't delete. it was giving an error "unable to delete plugin"
I started having problems with WordPress since then

9jaswitch Ah I see thank you for clarifying, this is one of the plugins that we know don't work well with Ezoic, you can read more about this here https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/what-known-caching-plugins-work-or-dont-work-with-ezoic

Please can you reach out to the LiteSpeed team to see what the troubleshooting steps are to take when you are getting the error "unable to delete plugin".

Once you have this plugin removed please clear your devices cache and cookie and then try logging into Ezoic, if you are having concerns after this please do come back to us. thank you

Hi, I have reached out to LiteSpeed and they have yet to respond to me.

Also, please help me understand how the LiteSpeed team will be able to delete the plugin form WordPress or from the database.

I am able to resolve the issues I have with WordPress with ease using Cpanel until integrated into MyPhpAdmin

This is the reply I got from the LiteSpeed team.

"you can simply remove the directory /wp-content/plugins/litespeed-cache this will force unload the plugin from wordpress system

for Ezoic , there are few options don’t work with it , such as Guest Mode , JS/CSS combine , mobile cache and webp replacement

9jaswitch If you aren't sure on how to move forward with the instructions that the Litespeed team have sent it is best to go back to them and ask them to show you how to do this. The Litespeed plugin is outside of Ezoic's scope and so it's best to speak to the Litespeed team directly to get help with how to remove the plugin from your wordpress site.
