My website cache is again going down.

I noticed again that my website cache is going down to orange again and so is my mobile speed.
Please help to rectify this.

Theivaa Is your caching at Cloudflare set to "standard"? Just to confirm, you don't have any caching plugins set up, and did you ever clarify with your host if you had caching set up with them?

@krivera I have already confirmed this with Bluehost and they said it is standard. Also, I do not have any caching plugins set.

What do I do now? Really, this issue has been happening too often. Now it has dropped to 77% with the red colour.

Please help. I will again contact Bluehost to confirm this about caching at Cloudflare.

@krivera When I checked with Bluehost, this is what they mentioned. (Thank you for your patience. I could see that Cloudflare is not purchased through us. I request that you contact Cloudflare directly so that they will help you out. Also, they said we do provide CloudFlare, but it is just the CDN. And with the Cloudflare company, you will get the CDN with the Dashboard. You can give a website which you wish to check)

When I tried to add my website to Cloudflare it asked me to change the nameserver from Ezoic to their Cloudflare nameserver. I did not continue because I am not sure if it is advisable. I have attached the screenshot for your reference.

Please help me settle this for me. I have not added my website www.footballfairy.com to Cloudflare.com yet.

@krivera I have requested Bluehost now to activate their Cloudflare CDN and set it to "standard"

Is this the right way now to request this?

@krivera Bluehost has said they will do this ......I am working on installing Cloudflare CDN basic now.

My DNS is with Bluehost, but the others are all with Ezoic. Please, I hope Ezoic can solve this caching problem.

@krivera My Cloudflare is only with Ezoic now. I do not have any caching plugins set. I only have the Ezoic plugin on my site.

Something to keep in mind is that the cache hit rate percentage shown in the dashboard is an average taken over the previous 30 days. 77% is a pretty high average. Also, if you mouse over the individual days, you can see the cache hit rate for each day, which will give you a better idea of which days the rate went down on, and may give you more clues as to why.

Another thing to keep in mind is that clearing the overall site cache will always cause the cache hit rate to fall, this is expected. So clearing the site cache too frequently can lead to a worse cache hit rate.

@Mia Thank you. Is it possible to have a set of cloudflare.com nameservers in addition to the Ezoic nameservers? My site is now with Ezoic only after integrating for ad monetization; previously it was Bluehost, but my domain host is still Bluehost.

It is not possible to have Ezoic and Cloudflare nameservers at the same time, and be integrated correctly with Ezoic.

If a publisher has a Cloudflare account and has their site active in that account, then the site would have Cloudflare nameservers and would need to do Cloudflare integration with Ezoic.

If a site is nameserver integrated with Ezoic, it can use Cloudflare through Ezoic's account by activating Cloudflare within the Settings section of the Ezoic dashboard.

Currently, my site's nameserver is integrated with Ezoic and it uses Cloudflare through Ezoic's account and it activates Cloudflare within the settings section of the Ezoic dashboard. So I think it is solved now.

So I think the cache goes up and down according to my activities. Thank you.
