Is securepubads.g.doubleclick.net part of Ezoic's Code?

Hello everyone,

I'm currently trying to speed up my LCP. After having implemented nearly all of Leap's Suggestions, I'm still struggling to get a decent LCP Score.

According to Google's Page Speed Insights, the two JavaScript Elements slowing down my site most are connected to:

go.ezodn.com - Which I assume is necessary for serving the Ezoic ads and
securepubads.g.doubleclick.net - which I couldn't really find any info for, except that it might (or might not) be connected to Google AdSense.

I would really appreciate if someone could tell me whether the latter is necessary for serving Ezoic Ads or if it's unnecessary dead weight. I'm not using Google AdSense or any other Display Ad Network except for Ezoic at the moment.

Hello there, after looking at your LEAP settings - I see that you haven't made any changes to your optimization settings yet. Changing some of the "images" settings or using the LEAP setup assistant can help with the LCP and how images load on your site. I would recommend trying that option to see if that can help improve your LCP score.

Hello, thanks for the input! I originally turned off the image settings because when switched on, it broke some functionalities on mobile (Couldn't click on anything in the menu; I had the same issues with the Minify Settings). I'll try it again, though, to see if it has changed.

As far as I can tell, it seems to work for the moment. Thanks for the suggestion! I still would appreciate if you could tell me whether the piece of code I've mentioned above (securepubads.g.doubleclick.net) is necessary for Ezoic serving ads.

Silentobserver Yes I believe that is a script used for ad serving.
