Flickify videos do not Autostart and Float

Hello,

Starting very recently, I started to notice that videos embedded on my site that were done with Flickify are not Autostarting nor floating (I tried with an incognito window in Chrome, using a different Browser and also on my phone and the same happens).

If I compare with pages where the videos I embedded to Humix with the method "Import from YouTube" those ones do AutoStart and Float.

Is there a general issue ongoing?

Can you please share with us the page where this is occurring? If you do not want to share the full URL (by excluding the main domain name), you can just let us know the directory path after the domain name and we can figure it out from there.

In what way are you adding the videos to the page?

Hi Mark, I go to Humix, then Site, then "Assign video to a page", there I put the URL of the page where I want the video to appear, then I select a placeholder and later on I select from the Manual Selection the video I created in Flickify for that page.

gaolga Our Humix team was able to get this working now. It seemed to be a caching issue. If there are other caching used for your website, our caching probably wasn't taking effect until those caches were cleared. We recommend removing any third-party caching so that it does not interfere with our caching so issues such as this don't prevent the user from seeing the correct version of the page.
