I need to enable my sidebar

Hi there,
I recently changed my WordPress theme from Astra to Kadence, and I could not enable the sidebar. It is there but does not seem to show up on my category pages and blog post pages.

Also, the menu on my header looks like 3 lines. I actually would like to put it in inline tabs. Can you help me with that?

I contacted Bluehost and they said my site is on Cloudflare so any changes they do can't reflect as it should.

Can you please help to enable this for me as my affiliate links are all there.
