How to update a new image when old image is already cached?

Question.

Sometimes I need to update the images on a specific web page url.

So I generally clear the url page cache, but realize the image uses a different path (ezoic adds to my url). So I clear that url. It doesn't work. I still can't update the image.

MY IMAGE URL
https://www.website.com .../themes/lib/eid/33637.webp

MY IMAGE URL EZOIC ADDS
https://www.website.com .../themes/lib/eid/33637.webp?ezimgfmt=ng%3Awebp%2Fngcb4%2Frs%3Adevice%2Frscb4-2

So I clear both of these URLS using: https://pubdash.ezoic.com/leap/caching.

I can see the new image if I do the /?characters, for example: https://www.website.com .../themes/lib/eid/33637.webp?/asdadad

Any thoughts on how I can figure out how to clear the specific image cache without clearing my entire website cache?

Do you happen to have any third party caching either from plugins or at your host? If so, those would be sitting in front of our caching and would prevent updates to your site and show the correct version. Try disabling those and clear the URL cache again to see if that helps.

I use Sucuri, but the cache isn't enabled.

Thanks for your response.. makes me think I will just clear entire cache if I need to.

I tried to do
1) adding athe end of URL - ?/ljajasdja
2) shift-f5

And it seems to work sometime. haven't figured exact formula yet..
