I've added my site to Ezoic using Cloudflare, now I'm getting a 520 response.

I would usually blame my server, but I have other websites on the same server also using Cloudflare and Ezoic.

What could be the reason behind the 520 error, given my server is absolutely fine with my other domain using Ezoic?

MPT I had to disable the integration between Cloudflare and Ezoic, works fine again now. But... no Ezoic on the site.

Yes, it was the same. I checked this against another domain I have with Ezoic.

It looks like there are 2 things going on: (1) the site needs to be reviewed and approved for monetization and (2) integration seems to be turned off.

For (1), we are reaching out to the appropriate department for them to take a look at this. And for (2), can you try integrating your site again? It looks like there were some SSL settings from our side that was not matching up correctly with your Cloudflare settings.
