i can`t get the link for form of Google`s AD rxchange

i asked for the link for the google ad exchange form, but i didn`t get it on my email and i checked the Spam folder and there is nothing.Now i tried to resend link option from monetization page. however i get this message "It looks like you already have an active invite. Please check your email for the invite link." so please i need to get the link for google ad exchange for to fill it and send

When you check this i would suggest checking the email is not going to your spam/junk and you have no rules sending these emails to delete/archive they will come from Google. Your Ezoic representative will also be able to share your invite link with you directly if you still cannot see it.
