No longer have access to site's FTP server after integrating with Ezoic

Hi all, I integrated with Ezoic recently but now my site's FTP credentials no longer work. Any idea how to fix? I've only found one article on this topic, but it's related to transferring Wordpress hosting to Ezoic, which I don't want to do. I want to stay with my current hosting provider. Thanks for your help!

myhecm Can you elaborate a bit more on what you mean by they no longer work? Did you recently switch hosting away from Ezoic?

Hi Kaylee, thanks for replying. No, I haven't switched hosting at all - and I don't plan to. My FTP log in stopped working after I integrated with Ezoic. I checked with my hosting provider and they said nothing changed on their end other than the change to the Ezoic name servers. Something about the integration made my FTP log in not work anymore. I searched the knowledge base for a solution, but the only article that came up was about changing my hosting to Ezoic, which I don't want to do. Thanks!

myhecm Have you tried removing integration temporarily and seeing if your FTP login works again?

Hi Heather , just reporting that I figured this out.

I added ftp. infront of my domain name, on the ftp client and it worked fine.
