Unable to attach Payoneer account

Hi, I am trying to link my payoneer account but It would not link. I selected payoneer in the "Form of Payment" section and It asks me to login to payoneer, when I login to payoneer nothing happens it just loads payoneer dashboard. Please help me. Thanks
