Revenue Drop 40% After joined Premium

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue that I have been facing with my website's revenue since I upgraded to the Ezoic Premium plan.

As you may know, I upgraded to the Premium plan in the hope of increasing my website's revenue. However, since the upgrade, my revenue has dropped by approximately 40%. This is a significant reduction, and I am concerned that I am not getting the value that I expected from the Premium plan.

I have been using Ezoic for quite some time now, and I have been generally satisfied with the results. However, this recent drop in revenue has left me feeling frustrated and unsure of how to proceed.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and provide me with some feedback as to why my revenue has decreased so significantly since upgrading to the Premium plan. Additionally, I would like to know if there is anything that can be done to rectify this situation and restore my revenue to its previous levels.

Hi Naresh - I just signed up for premium and have also seen a huge drop in revenue. Was this ever resolved for you?

sw2023 Hi there, we would highly recommend contacting your success manager regarding this rather than reaching out in community, as these tend to be individualized to the site and your manager can help narrow down what specifically might be going on. Thanks!

sw2023 If you are having issues with Premium, it would be best to get in touch directly with your account manager. To do so, you can go to your Ezoic dashboard > hover your mouse over Levels > click on Connect with Brett (see image below)
