How do I get an Ezoic manager to see ticket 374047? I'm going insane with the responses I'm getting being completely utterly totally wrong. I'm literally giving support the answer to the problem and they're ignoring it. Why is it so hard to get this message across to support?
MY SITE'S BEEN DOWN FOR DAYS BECAUSE OF THIS and I cannot get anyone to just address it.
