I have everything setup, but still no: Connect to Google I tested a lot, I have a MCC account but that won't connect and now I need to wait? If I click on the mail I can't connect my MCC account? Can this be reset or something?
Once you accept the invitation from Google? Once you do so, Google will review both your account and your domain. This can take up to 2 weeks. We appreciate your patience in the meantime 🙂

Its in Dutch, but is says:
The account cannot be associated with the parent Ad Manager publisher. Try again.
