Low EPMV After New Theme Install

I installed a new theme on my website on January 22, 2023. Before that time, I was getting about $10 - $12 EPMV, but now I have been getting $3 - $4 EPMV for the past several months. I checked the ad placeholders and it looks like they all transferred over to the new theme. I also added Jetpack when I installed the new theme to help with malware, which had been the reason I switched themes. My traffic has started going back up since the new theme was installed and the malware cleaned up, but my EPMV is still super low. Any help in figuring out what is going on is appreciated.
