My site met the traffic and revenue > 100% last month (see attached screenshot).
However, the site is still on the previous level and I do not see any option on the page where I can apply for a level upgrade.

Hi. Once you hit the requirements for level 1 (which you did, great job), it will be reviewed by the 10th of this month. We will then upgrade you to level 1. Again, nice job!!
