Migrating from Ezoic free host to another host.

Hi team, my site was disabled on Ezoic and I've been having issues with migrating my site to another host to continue publishing. I contacted my new host to help me restore my site to Cpanel but they keep running into an FTP error in the screenshot.

I have also tried using a WordPress plugin to create a backup but they keep returning an error I didn't capture. I think the error is due to the fact that I am currently disabled because I had no problem using a backup plugin in the past.

There is already a notification that my site will be removed soon from Ezoic and I still haven't been able to move my site. I don't have any backup of my site so I'd be glad if you could do something about it.

whale Thank you for the level of detail that you have gone into it really helps us with the next steps to take. Please can you try a couple of troubleshooting steps to see if this helps. If it doesn't please let me know and I can then reach out to the tech team. The team aren't back into the office until Monday on PST and so please bear with me while we wait for them to come back into the office.

Please can you check:

1) that you are on a chrome browser and that it is the latest version
2) that you don't have an pop ups or ad blockers on your device
3) that you have tried clearing your cache and cookies
4) that you don't have any other programs or websites open as you work through these steps
5) try adding in the Ezoic wordpress integration plugin and then re-trying
6) speak to your host to see if they can update the SFTP user permissions to allow Ezoic to upload our database script

whale I have heard back from the team and they have said that you should have access to all your files and db through sftp and myphpadmin both can be found in the Wordpress hosting dashboard. The best way to access these is to do so manually rather than through an automated process. If this doesn't work please let us know and I can then go back to the tech team. many thanks
