Your business development specialist will largely respond to you via emails and so you may find that you have an email from them in your spam folder. 378410 has just been open today - your Business development specialist works Monday - Friday and so it will be Monday at the earliest before they respond to this.
I have taken a look at ticket 374275 and can see that this ticket is waiting for your business development specialist to respond I have sent them a message to take a look into this for you. They will be out of the office currently on the weekend and will return to work on Monday on PST.
In the meantime I have looked into this for you and found that within the max ads per page app you have selected no ads to show on your sites mobile pages which will be impacting the pages without revenue report. Allowing ads to show on mobile pages will help to reduce down the number of pages that don't have any revenue showing on them.
I would also recommend removing the rest of the max ads per page settings you have set up as this will be restricting down your revenue without having any positive impact on your site.
