CLoudlfare not integrated

Hello

My sites not serving ezoic ads. Couple of fays ago I re-integrated the cloudflare and the systems says "Congrats you are integrated!" . But after 7 days ezoic ads still not appear on this site and the cause is the cloudflare isnt integrated.

Can you help me?

In relation to the issue you are having, we can see that this is due to a compatibility issue that is occurring.

You need to ensure that the DNS records in Ezoic match those from your hosting provider. We have a guide on how you can do this here: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/how-to-update-add-dns-records-and-subdomains

Thanks for the reply. But its already pointing to our VPS at Vultr, This is the IP 4X.77.14X.118.
What I find might be the cause is CNAME cdn from 0 to 7 that not using cloudflare proxy.
My other sites with ezoic has no issue at all

Hi there, thanks for reaching out! This can commonly happen with Cloudflare integration. I tested the site running through Ezoic's proxy and it seemed to be up normally, so I went ahead and overrode the compatibility error to turn on integration and the site seems to be up normally now. 🙂 This should resolve the issue but please let us know if you notice it still happening.
