Are there delays in payments to PayPal? I haven't received my March payout yet; usually it's in by now....

Ed_Nx Hello Heather here I hope you are well. Paypal payments go out to you 3 - 5 days after Ezoic has released the payment. For April's payment this was released by Ezoic on Thursday 27th April. This article explains more: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/ezoic-payments#anchor5

It has been a bank holiday weekend here and so you may find that Paypal is taking additional time to release the payment. If you haven't had the payment released to you by close of business on the 4th May please do reach out to us and we can then look into this further for you.

Heather Read this very well payment was released, it, not Ezoic, Ezoic released payments on 27th April, even read this article which explains more: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/ezoic-payments#anchor5.

Since I was planning on switching from PayPal to Payoneer, and Ezoic isn't holding anything as it released payments on the 27th - so a few minutes ago (on 3rd May at 9 pm) I changed the payments for next month to Payoneer, Immediately after that the status of my payment changed to postponed on Ezoic payment history which I had been waiting since 27th!

jamesndungu Hi there, it looks like the payment was postponed due to an issue when trying to send it through Paypal, not because of the change of payment methods - just unfortunate timing there. Sorry for the confusion! Our payments team has re-initiated the payment now that the payment method has been updated, and it looks like the payment was successful this time. You should be seeing that post to your Paypal account shortly. If you still don't see it within 3 business days please let us know and we can take another look. Thanks!
