So much of Flickify editing not working

HI,

I am getting very frustrated with the editing experience on Flickify.

It doesn't show previews at all in Safari for Mac, so I've switched to Chrome for Mac and there are still multiple issues which means I haven't even got to render my first video yet.

Issues include getting pop-up errors (top-right of screen) if I try to remove media, add media, use the Automatch. It really is so frustrating and the suggestion that I can have a video up and ready in one minute is far from true.

I don't have any other browsers to try. Do you have any suggestions because I cannot go through this pain trying to get videos to edit and render every time, no matter how much of a boost in visits/earnings they might bring.

Mind you that said I'm often getting errors about things I apparently can't do, even in this forum, it's almost laughable especially as it doesn't actually say what's wrong.

That is very odd! When attempting to do these actions in Chrome incognito mode, do you receive the same errors?

In incognito mode I can remove media, adding media does work although the interface keeps a spinning circle on the slide until you navigate away.

Automatch now seems to be functioning.

However I now see this from time to time, all narration disappears. Initially it came up on scene 3, then after changing media, it did it on all scenes. Then after Automatch finished all the slide narration returned.

So there is something very odd going on, inconsistent, which makes editing a real pain.

Hi there! It looks like there was a known issue yesterday and early today with the Flickify editor causing similar issues as this which our team has largely resolved as of this morning. From what you're describing I think this is related, but are you still seeing the same issues now? If so, is it still happening even in an incognito browser as Jean Pierre suggested? If you're still experiencing the same issue it might be something separate from the issue this morning in which case I'd like to bring this to our engineers to investigate further.

I've tried it this morning in a non-incognito Chrome window and it generally appears to be working better, although the narration text does disappear from time to time. I've sent one video off to render and publish though so will see how that goes. I will likely avoid Safari as there seems to be additional problems with that.
