localseohelpteam Thank you for your feedback I'm glad to hear that you were able to resolve the issue. The Community team work Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm on BST and on PST between 9am - 4pm. We have weekend support that runs from 10am - 4pm on Saturday and Sunday on BST.
I can certainly understand how frustrating it must be for you to not get a response from our team. Our average response time for query's through Community is currently 5 hours and 33 minutes we are continuously working on ways to improve that response time where Access Now Publishers need one on one support. There are times when the response time is longer than this due to the workload that the team have on.
We do encourage Publishers to read through the articles and Community threads in the first instance to find solutions from the articles that we have available.
I can see that you are close to levelling up and so will soon have access to our live chat and ticket support. Once you are a levelled Publisher the technical support team has a bigger team to help Publishers and so you will have a quicker response time for technical queries.
