Payment Postponed (PayPal Failed)

Hey guys, hope you're keeping well!

Last month, I made this post regarding failed PayPal payment. This month, the payment didn't came through as well. I tried replying in the original thread, but somehow I'm not able to do so.

I looked into my PayPal account but there wasn't any failed transaction under "All transactions/All activities". So, what do you think could be the issue?

roy Hello Heather here I hope you are well. I'm sorry to hear that the payment has failed. With this error message this is typically something that has happened on Paypals side to prevent the payment completing. Please can you reach out directly to Paypal to see if they have any advice, once you have done that please come back to us and we can then go from there. many thanks

I'm fine, how about you?

So, I contacted the PayPal support, and they asked me to get the transaction number to check why the payment didn't got through. They said: "Please have the transaction number of the payment request from Ezoic ready. Only then we can understand why it did not work. If this is not yet available, please request it once. From our side there is no reason why you should not receive something. Therefore we have to check from the sender side if everything was correct (sent to the right email etc.)."

Never mind, I just checked the PayPal email in my payment settings, and it seems to be wrong.
