Need Help In Transferring The Site To New Owner

For four days I am trying to transfer the site to the new owner. My account manager said to sign all the agreements and disintegrate the site, so that they will archive the site and the new owner would be able to add the domain. I have disintegrated the site and both parties have signed the agreement. Need urgent support in transferring the site to the new owner. Please help. Thank you.

Heather No, but while creating an account it's prompting to provide the domain name.

dipanshu Ah I see, I have taken a look at ticket number #378464 and can see that you are working with the Publisher Success team Manager to get this site archived so that the new owner can add it in. As the team mentioned they work Monday - Friday on PST and so as soon as they are back in the office they will be able to assist you with this. many thanks
