Hi @RachelS and @Emma - hope you're both keeping well!
Before we address the issue, we did want to clarify about support.
When a site is transitioned out of Twist and into the community, it's been live with Ezoic for an extended period of time (about 60 days typically). That means we don't expect that publishers would need daily check in/interaction with our support staff, given that you've completed the coursework, have used Twist to collaboratively troubleshoot, and should be very comfortable using support.ezoic.com to troubleshoot from your end first.
There might be situations where there's something going wrong, and we're here to help if/when that happens. But in general, there is some priority given to those publishers just trying to get started (just like you were) versus spending time addressing questions of publishers who have been successful with us already for an extended period of time.
We're definitely working on our end to work out exactly how best to manage publishers like yourself moving forward - there's already quite a bit of feedback, this post included, that we're using to continue to develop future support. We appreciate your feedback!
It's also important to keep in mind that your question was asked right before the weekend, and therefore there's an expected delay while our staff takes much needed rest - we definitely still monitor for urgent technical issues, but common questions that are not urgent to site health are typically addressed early the next week.
We appreciate your understanding for the time being!
Regarding data not showing in the LEAP dashboard, it looks like it's only the 'field data' that's not showing currently.
The field data is collected by LEAP based on real-user visits, meaning we need a certain amount of traffic to properly deliver those results.
If there was data showing at one point, and then it disappeared and is yet to return, this would suggest we're not pulling in the data correctly.
I've seen instances where the sites canonical URL was set incorrectly at Ezoic, so can we confirm that the canonical URL of your domain should include www. - or is the canonical URL the root domain only?
