EPMV fallen by over 95% in past several days

Hi there,
Over the past several days my epmv has falled from just over $6 to 25c.

I understand that there are fluctuations however this seems super extreme. Usually I hover between around $4 to $6.50 average with very very occasional drop into $3 territory.

Is it possible there is a technical issue with my account?

I just discovered my namesavers were all messed up. It seemed to stay integrated by the app however I assume this might be the reason?

Hi there,
I have updated my nameservers around 5 hours ago or so but it still doesnt seem to be recognising it I'm not sure if i'm missing stuff for the dns but i've tried to update all the things

bel Thank you for confirming this it might just be that it takes some time to update because of caching. So that we can be sure please can you send over the following for me and I'll run this all past our tech team:

1) DNS records of your site
2) The name of your hosting provider
3) A list of caching plugins at a site level
4) The caching you have at your host?

yer ok cool i just wasnt sure if all that info was private or if it doesn't matter. I think i've fixed it, they didn't transfer the custom nameservers when my host changed it across from retail to wholesale but when I updated it I had accidentally update the .au domain instead of .com.au.
the website is down completely at the moment - is that normal while it changes back across to ezoic nameservers?

man i've lost like 5 days of income this sucks (nothing to do with ezoic at all i'm just winging lol and its only a couple of bucks but now i wont meet cash out minimum waaaa).

I think its fixed! is someone please able to check its ok? I dont use any caching plugins because ezoic says they are incompatible. How would i find what caching my host is using, in cpanel?

bel Thanks for your reply. Your name servers all look to be correct now and pointing to Ezoic.

In regards to the caching at your host you would need to reach out to them to check what caching is enabled please.
