Adding CNAME records - SendGrid

I am trying to add CNAME records from SendGrid but am getting an error in the Value field - "The address cannot be proxied"

apena Are the values I sent correct? Are you able to update the record for me, or can you explain how I can do this?

HABS Thanks for your reply. When adding the records they need to be split.

So for example the em6128 one, for host name it would be Host Name: em6128 Address u31967852.wl103.sendgrid.net

Coley has far more expertise than myself in this and has kindly added these all in the correct formatting so it is now working as intended.

Hi, I have an issue but also have no access to support and for some weird reason also cannot post a thread on the community forum as it keeps erroring out. But I can make comments on other threads bizarrely so am doing that here in the hope that my similar issue can be sorted.

I need specific help with MX Records as I use Gmail as my primary email.

All my settings are correct at both Gmail and at my hosting company so the only thing left to check is the MX Records at EZOIC that I have filled out. But they do not seem to be working.
Please can someone help me?

Can you post a screenshot of the issue? Have you tried to add the MX record via your Ezoic dashboard?

Yes, I have tried to add the MX Record myself - I just don't know if it is correct.

The issue is that I cannot send or receive from my alias Gmail addresses - they no longer work since hooking up with Ezoic. My normal Gmail address (as in the Gmail address where I originally set up the Google Account works. But none of my alias's addresses work when they all used to before joining Ezoic.
i cannot really tell you what I mean without publicly showing you my email addresses here and publically revealing my gmail settings, so I hope you understand.

I am not really sure what is supposed to be in the NAME Field - is it supposed to just be an "@" symbol or is it supposed to be an "@" symbol followed by my website name?
