While I can see that your site does have plenty of content, your articles do need to be divided into categories displayed in your top navigation bar. to be approved by Ad Manager. Please refer to this helpful article for in-depth information related to Google Ad Manager's standards.

Currently, I am not seeing any changes to your menu. I suspect this is because Cloudways is caching in front of Ezoic. Could you please disable Cloudways so your site can update accordingly?

I think the free version of the theme I’m using (astra) dosent support a primary or (nav menu) which is the causes for the problem.
I’ll try changing the theme on the blog to another one and I’ll appreciate if you can re-check again.
