Hello there,

So my site is really slow, and it's fine when I remove ezoic.

Google is complaining about LCP and when you pin it down, it's because of ezoic scripts.

I know you guys are speed demons, so I'm thinking it's something I did wrong in the setup.

But i have a ticket in and no one is replying for 3 days now.

I turned ezoic off.
It is still putting code that fails speed tests into my site.
Even with that burden, the speed scores dramatically rose as you can see here

I do know that you don't agree with gtmetrix.

I don't know how to explain though that these are valid complaints about things Google cares about.

I'd like to find a way to make ezoic work on my site, I don't know what to do.

Hi there, I can see the ticket is in the Leap queue now. I would recommend waiting to hear back from Leap specialists as they will be able to dig more deeply into this than the Support team. However they do have a longer average response time, but should respond typically within 3-5 business days.
Please be advised that if the site is not integrated with Ezoic though our team may not be able to troubleshoot effectively. They will need to be able to see how Ezoic is interacting with the site and how this can be adjusted in Leap in order to find the best solution for you. Thanks for your understanding in this matter!
