Greetings! I just realised that with last months payment, I'd made a double payment to you for Premium. I'm assuming that it will get adjusted towards this mont's payment which falls due on the 26th of this month.

I'm just writing in to confirm that you are able to see the double payment, and that it will be adjusted. Thanks.

Heather Thanks for the response, Heather... I have received the refund. I should say that the problem was on my side. I seem to have autheticated the transaction in my credit card app twice, thinking that it had not autheticated. I wasn't aware that this would cause the transaction to be duplicated. You have my thanks for sorting out my mistake.
