Hi there,
Hope you're doing great today!
I've taken a look into this for you and I'm seeing ads on both desktop and on mobile, so I don't think that is necessarily the problem. I've double-checked and we're seeing revenue reported for both desktop and mobile, so I can confirm that this is the case for other users too.
In terms of the revenue drop, it's worth keeping in mind that when we're working with quite low levels of traffic - there's a lot of room for fluctuations. If you look at your EPMV (earnings per 1000 visitors) over the past few months, you can see that there has been a lot of positive and negative fluctuations. It's not uncommon for the EPMV to drop, before spiking a few days later. This is because not all traffic is valued equally by advertisers. Some countries have advertisers willing to pay more to show ads than others. Some users will use ad-blockers (and won't generate any revenue). Some users will spend a lot of time on the page and may see more ads than others. Spread across a great number, these anomalies should balance each other out, if we're looking at a period with <100 users, then it's very prone to deviation.
I'm not seeing any sort of technical error on the site, so I don't think there's anything to fix here. I would suggest leaving your Ezoic settings in place for some time (without switching them up) and giving the system some time to get used to them. This will give the system the best chance of optimizing your EPMV, though it won't completely eliminate the randomness.
