SuchitPrajapati Hello Heather here I hope you are well. I have taken a look at your Ezoic dashboard and am not able to recreate the issue that you are seeing.
Please can you check the following for me:
1) remove any ad blockers from your device
2) check that you are on the latest version of chrome
3) log out of all other websites and programs
4) clear your devices cache and cookies
5) log into Ezoic
If this doesn't fix the issue please can you send over the URL of where you are seeing this on and a screengrab before you see the issue and one after and we can then go from there. Alternatively please send over a screen recording and this will help us to troubleshoot this for you. thank you
