PayPal payment postponing every month

Hello, i wanted to contact the Ezoic team regarding my payments always being delayed or postponed and i always have to reach out for the payment to be sent again...can you guys check on it please...this month i really need the cash on time. My Paypal account is verified and everything is set up well on that side. Plus i dont have any other means of receiving the payment since my Payoneer got blocked for some reason.. thanks in advance

An Ezoic payment is typically released to a publisher by PayPal within 3-5 business days after this payment is
initiated by Ezoic. Therefore, please wait 3-5 business days after May 31st to receive your payment. Feel free to let us know if you have not received your payment at that point.

hey mark, i submitted an inquiry about tax information but i haven't gotten a response yet. I live in Kenya and was asking if its a requirement i submit my tax information and if you could share the procedure i could follow. Because i see that my upcoming payments might not be successful. Can you help?

Hi there! I had replied in your last thread about the tax info but maybe you missed it. All publishers need to have tax information on file, without it we will not be able to process payments for you. If you are from a country that does not provide tax-ID numbers you can input zeroes instead. So 000000000 should work in this case!
